We offer free shipping on all products over $85, to the 48 lower states. There is a $10.00 flat rate shipping and handling charge on most products $85.00 and under to the lower 48 states. Some products cannot be shipped out side of the US. If you live outside of the 48 lower states please send us an email to verify that we can ship to your area. Any product shipped outside of the lower 48 states will have an added shipping charge of no less than $35.00. Sometimes we run "Free Shipping" specials on certain items under $85. These apply to only the 48 lower states. Any exception to these rules will be found in the comments under each product. We reserve the right to refuse sales, service and shipping to anyone.

We ship UPS ground, but may use another carrier if needed.

We usually ship the next business day. Weekend orders will ship on Monday, except for holidays. Most orders should arrive within 3 to 5 business days. NOTE: Some products can only be shipped to the 48 states. Please read comments under product.

RETURN POLICY :

If product is damaged you must contact us immediately, and make arrangements for an exchange. Product must be returned within 10 days. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! And always contact us to make sure you have correct return address.

If you wish to exchange a product you must return it unused with all packaging in the original container, and pay all shipping costs. Be sure to verify return shipping address. Allow 10 to 20 days.

If you want a refund, return product in original unopened container. You must pay all shipping costs plus a 15% restock fee. If there was an error on our part, we will pay all shipping costs.
